Mail Jeevas, AKA Mencia, is a superhero.

Well, technically, he's a sidekick to Mihael Keehl, AKA Macabre (played by mindovermacabre)

What, you ask? How is this possible?

Brief Backstory
Most of his life was spent in Whammo's School of Justice, learning the art of the superhero lifestyle.
He'd been trained to be a sidekick next to Law, much like Neutral and Macabre (*coughNear and Mellocough*).
Still, Mencia was never intended to be an actual successor. Just a replacement sidekick.
After Law was killed by Kira, and Neutral and Macabre were declared criminals, Macabre called in Mencia to be his new sidekick.
Together, the two took control of a prominent mafia family (they were already declared criminals, what more could it hurt?).
Currently, they're trying everything they can in order to hurt Kira, even though at the moment, it seems rather futile.

Power/Ability
Mencia is a technopath. He's able to manipulate machinery and mentally insert himself in a computer network.
However, he cannot physically move components with his mind, so no toasters flying around at you.
Still, he is able to hack, convert, transfer, and manipulate files, as well as electricity flow and the general makeup of an electronic.
He's constantly aware of networking, and is able to 'sense' the internet in the air in a code format.
He has to be physically touching an object to electronically manipulate it, though he can sense the objects output without touching it.
He can't give an object power, or manipulate an object with no power, for example, a dead cell phone or an unplugged tv.

ALSO. He's got a gun with him--just a regular pistol he was transported with and a spare clip.
ALSO ALSO. From one of his first missions gone bad, he has a steel rod in his leg. Unless you're really paying attention, you wouldn't notice, but he does have a slight limp.
ALSO ALSO ALSO. He's got battle scars. Lots of 'em. And no, he's not embarrassed.

Personality/Quirks
Mencia is a fun-loving guy. He enjoys challenge, and is a bit insane at times (ie: the creepy sort of crazy, not the LOLCUTE kind).
A lot of this is probably from having to spend most of his time as Macabre's sidekick and the one who is sent out to take care of the 'family business'.
In any case, he'll try to make friends first, unless you really rub him the wrong way.
Or, unless you're Kira. Or probably Light in general.
Mencia isn't exactly looking for a relationship, but he's a fan of sex. Preferrably casual. He doesn't do awkward well.
He is never seen without his goggles unless they're taken from him, or he's in a situation with someone he trusts. A LOT.
Don't ask why. It's a superhero thing.
